摘要 传统的医院管理模式将医院内部管理与患者对立起来,患者对医疗过程中自身的权利和义务不明确。在医疗过程中,医忠双方容易产生误解,从而形成不良信访事件。根据世界卫生组织倡导的患者参与医院管理的模式,将患者纳入医院管理系统中,一方面开阔沟通渠道,让患者为医院管理提供建议;另一方面,明确患者的权利和义务,充分保护患者的监督权,由医院内部部门督导违规医疗行为,转变为由患者和医院内部职能部门共同行使监督权。通过患者参与医疗管理的模式为患者的利益自我表达提供了新途径,同时也丰富了对违规医疗行为的监督力量和手段,从而提高医疗服务水平,减少医疗机构不良信访事件。 The traditional model of hospital management and the internal management of the hospital against the patient, the patient care process to the rights and obligations of their own is unclear.
