摘要
目的:了解医院护理队伍中正式在编护士、聘用护士的工作压力状况,分析不同编制护士工作压力的影响因素与对策。方法采用护士工作压力源量表对194名医院临床护士进行问卷调查。结果;不同编制护士工作压力总分(2.60±0.22)分。各维度均处于中度压力水平,以护理专业与工作方面的压力最大。聘用护士的总体工作压力大于正式在编护士。结论:护理管理人员应根据不同编制的护士采取有效的管理对策,减轻护士的工作压力,雏护护理队伍的稳定,提高护理服务质量。
