医院不同编制护士工作压力状况分析

目的：了解医院护理队伍中正式在编护士、聘用护士的工作压力状况，分析不同编制护士工作压力的影响因素与对策。方法采用护士工作压力源量表对194名医院临床护士进行问卷调查。结果；不同编制护士工作压力总分（2．60±0．22）分。各维度均处于中度压力水平，以护理专业与工作方面的压力最大。聘用护士的总体工作压力大于正式在编护士。结论：护理管理人员应根据不同编制的护士采取有效的管理对策，减轻护士的工作压力，雏护护理队伍的稳定，提高护理服务质量。
