microRNA及其作用靶点在肿瘤研究和治疗中的作用

摘要 MicroRNAs通过阻抑翻译或降解RNA来调节靶基因,包括肿瘤相关基因的表达,在肿瘤发生过程中起到重要的作用。探索基于mieroRNA的肿瘤治疗方法是当前世界领域的研究热点。本文就miRNA对肿瘤相关基因表达的影响厦其机制的研究进展作简要综述。 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) regulate expression of target gene, including tumor--related genes, through translation repression or mRNA degradation. Exploring new methods based on microRNA for cancer therapy is one of the hot research fields in world. In this paper, the effects of miRNA on expression of tumor--related genes and underlying mechanism were briefly summarized.
