Construction of agricultural development strategy for cross-strait economic zone:Taiwan's agricultural development experience

台湾农业发展策略如何由过去以提升农业生产力为中心转变为以提升竞争力为主体,加强知识经济,以知识的市场化与品牌化,提高农产品的附加价值,增加农民所得,改善农民生活,进而改善及维护农业与农村的生产、生活与生态环境,发展生产、生活、生态之三生农业,达成农业永续发展的目标,值得探讨;其策略调整或可作为之参考。

This paper explores how Taiwan＇s agricultural development strategy shift the focus from increasing agricultural productivity to enhancing competitiveness;and how Taiwan through strengthening the knowledge economy,developing market-oriented strategies and branding to increase the adding values of agricultural products,increase farmers′ income and living standard,improve agricultural production,rural living and ecological environment,develop production-life-ecology agriculture,and thus achieve the sustainable development goals in agriculture.Taiwan′s agricultural development strategy can be adjusted to be used as a reference for the construction of agricultural development strategy for cross-strait economic zone.
