摘要
以马铃薯淀粉为原料，采用交联、醚化复合变性方法合成羧甲基淀粉，产品在常温下能快速吸水膨胀而不糊化，适用于药片崩解剂。最佳投料量：淀粉３０ｇ，氯乙酸５．０ｇ，氢氧化钠４．５ｇ，环氧氯丙烷４．８ｍｌ。
Crosslinked,etherified potato starches which are capable of swelling but not gelatinized in cold water were prepared.The products can be used as tablets disintegrant.The disintegrants have the best disintegrating performance when the reaction coditions were:30g starch,5.0g chloroacetic acid,4.5g sodium hydroxide,4.8ml epichlorohydrin.
