西部能源资源富集地区产业集群形成机理与发展模式研究

Study on Industry Cluster Formation Mechanisms of Energy Resource Rich in the Western Areas and its Development Model

本文分析了西部能源资源富集地区产业集群形成的三个阶段及其阶段性特征,基于波特钻石模型和产业价值链模型阐述了产业集群发展的两种集聚形式。总结近年来区域发展的实践经验,研究提出开发市场、制订规划、构建园区、培育企业是西部能源富集地区产业集群形成的四个重要因素,完善产业体系、推进一体化建设布局、打造经济带则是促进西部能源富集地区产业集群化发展的三大举措。

This paper analyzes three stages and characteristics at different stages in the formation of industrial clusters in the western region with resource and energy rich.And two development models are illustrated on the base of the Michael Porter＇s Diamond Model and Value Chain Model.According to the practical experience of regional development in recent years,this study suggests that the market development,planning formulation,industrial park construction and enterprise cultivation are the four key factors for industry cluster formation.Perfecting the industrial system,achieving an integrated construction layout,and realizing the economic belt are three approaches to promote industry cluster development.
