摘要
在高取代度羧甲基淀粉(CMS)合成工作基础上,深入研究了其应用性能,包括糊液粘度,流变性能,酶对糊料作用生成还原糖的性能,认为CMS在DS≥0.5,质量分数在2%~8%之间,能够代替价格较高的海藻酸钠用于印花糊料,以降低生产成本;研究了DS≥0.4CMS在油田钻井泥浆方面的应用,认为高取代度的CMS有着较好的降失水作用和较高的抗盐能力。
The application properties of carboxyl methyl
starch with high degree of substitution prepared by literature was researched, which included
the viscosity of the paste, the rheological properties and the abilities of formation reducing
sugar on the effect of enzyme. The result showed that CMS which DS is higher than 0.5,the
concentration is between 2%8%,may be substituted for sodium alginate with high price in order
to decreasing the product cost. The CMS which DS is higher than 0.4 had good decreasing loss
of water and high resistance to out of salt by its application in the drilling mud.
