摘要 采用组态方式模拟循环流化床锅炉运行工况的方法,完善锅炉操作人员实作环节培训。借助计算机仿真技术,以130 t/h循环流化床锅炉机组仿真模拟为例介绍运行机理及工况的控制规程,进而减少和避免运行人员误操作事故的发生,增强运行人员在解决事故过程中遇到突发事件的处理能力。 Using the configuration mode simulate the circulating fluidized bed boiler operation conditions,perfect the method of boiler operation personnel practical link training.By way of the computer simulation technology,130 t/hCFBB unit simulation introduced,and the working mechanism and control procedures.Further reduce and avoid running personnel incorrect operation accidents,strengthen the operation personnel in solving encountered in the process of accident emergency handling ability.
