摘要
通过CFG桩在官宝路改扩建工程4标软基加固中的应用,详细介绍CFG桩的设计参数、原材料要求及配合比组成等,并对施工中采用振动沉管施工工艺和长螺旋钻孔管内泵压施工工艺时的不同工艺流程、施工工艺控制及质量检验要点等分别进行阐述,以期为今后类似工程留下可值得借鉴的实践经验。
CFG pile was applied to Guanbao road reconstruction and extension project in reinforcing soft ground base of the fourth bid-section.Based on this,design parameters,raw material requirement and mix proportion of CFG pile were specifically introduced in this paper.Further statement was made on different technological processes that contain construction technology,construction technology control and quality inspection points when vibrating tube-sinking and long spiral drilled hole with internal pumping tube was adopted.This paper is expected to provide practical experience to similar projects in future.
