公路工程因其施工时间长、涉及地质情况复杂、设计不完善等各种原因致使工程变更经常发生。除合同内原有项目发生变更之外,新增合同外项目是十分常见的工程变更形式。在阐述合同外项目确定原则的基础上,提出三种较为合理可行的合同外项目单价确定方法,阐明各种方法的适用条件、注意问题及各种方法的选用次序,可为公路工程合同管理人员提供借鉴和参考。

Highway construction contract usually changes due to kinds of reasons such as long construction time,complex geological condition or defective design.Newly added contract items are very common beyond the content changes of the former construction contract.Based on the principle of project determination beyond contract,three reasonable and practicable confirmation methods of project unit price were proposed.The applicable conditions,attention problems and selection order of each method are all put forward,which can be reference for the managers of highway construction contract.
