摘要
贯流式水轮机采用卧轴结构,主轴设计时要考虑疲劳强度。本文针对某贯流式水轮机主轴进行了疲劳强度分析,研究讨论了引起主轴疲劳破坏的主要因素,分析得出了对主轴设计具有参考价值的结论。
Tubular Turbine adopts horizontal shaft structure,main shaft easily occur fatigue failure.In this paper,the main shaft fatigue strength of tubular turbine is analyzed,the main factor of causing fatigue was discussed and researched.Finally,the results were analyzed and the valuable conclusion were obtained.
