“两型社会”建设背景下长株潭农民工培训体系的构建

Construction of Migrant Workers Training System in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Area under the Two-type Society Background

长株潭城市群作为"两型社会"建设的改革试验区,对城市群内农民工的素质和能力提出了更高的要求,也对农民工培训提出了新的挑战。目前长株潭农民工培训还存在着对农民工培训的认识不到位、培训内容与市场需求不适应、培训模式和培训方法落后、培训保障体系不健全等问题。要更快地推进"两型社会"建设,加快经济发展方式的转变,必须加深对农民工培训的认识,构建适应"两型社会"建设和市场需求的培训内容体系,建立形式多样的培训模式,建立强有力的保障体系。只有构建了一系列科学合理的培训体系,才能真正提高农民工的综合素质和整体能力,为推进"两型社会"建设服务。

As＂the Two-type Society＂reform testing area,the city agglomeration of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan has raised a high demand of its migrant workers＇qualities and also a new challenge of their job training.At present,there exist some problems as inadequate cognition of migrant workers＇training,disharmony between its training contents and social markets,backward training mode and training methods and imperfect training security system.To promote＂the Two-type Society＂construction and speed up the economic development,we must emphases migrant workers＇job training,make its training contents adaptable to the needs of the＂the Two-type Society＂and social martket,set up various forms of training mode and build a strong security system.Only by constructing a series of scientific and reasonable training system,can we really improve migrant workers＇qualities and overall abilities,and thus quicken the＂the Two-type Society＂construction.
