网络是文化信息传递的载体,是现代科学技术飞速发展的产物。网络文化一经产生,就具有自己独有的价值合理性。价值合理性一般有"工具价值合理性"和"目的价值合理性"之分,这里仅从工具价值合理性和目的价值合理性这两种基本形式来探讨网络文化的价值合理性问题。

Internet is the carrier of cultural information＇s transmission,the product of the rapid development of modern science and technology.Once the Internet culture was generated,it has its peculiar value rationality.Value rationality has the distinction between instrumental and objective,this paper mainly discusses the problem of value rarionality of Internet culture from the two aspects of instrumental value rationality and objective value rationality.
