近红外漫反射光谱快速测定复合肥料各养分及石粉含量的研究 被引量:2

Fast Determination of Contents of Nutrients and Stone Powder in Compound Fertilizer Using Near Infrared Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy

摘要 提出了一种近红外漫反射光谱法同时测定复合肥料各养分及石粉含量的新方法,其中复合肥料由尿素、磷酸一铵、氯化钾和石粉组成,各养分含量分别用总氮(N)含量、有效五氧化二磷(P)含量、氧化钾(K)含量表示。文中建立了N,P和石粉含量的PLS模型,其SEP值分别为0.8,0.8和1.4。其中,石粉含量模型是借助于石粉中结晶水的光谱信息建立的,而K含量是根据重量归一法计算的,其SEP值为1.5。研究结果表明,该方法可以同时对复合肥料各种养分含量进行快速测定,与传统分析方法相比具有分析时间短、操作简便等优点,有较好的应用前景和实际意义。 In the present paper,a new approach to fast determination of contents of nutrients,including total nitrogen content(N),P2O5 content(P) and K2O content(K),and of stone powder content in compound fertilizer composed of urea,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate,potassium chloride and stone powder was proposed using near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.PLS models of N,P and stone powder content were built with the SEP values of 0.8,0.8 and 1.4 respectively.The information on which stone powder content model was built is the spectrum of crystal water existing in stone powder.K content was calculated using other ingredientcontents by normalization principle with a SEP value of 1.5.Although the SEP values are a little larger than the reproducibility errors of the GB/T methods which are conventional methods,the new method can be accepted by situ quality control in the production process of compound fertilizer.
