摘要
我国劳动产权制度随着劳动联合体理论的出现,在"劳务出资"、"分享合作剩余"等几个方面出现较大变革,并且在《劳动合同法》、《公司法》、《合伙企业法》等具体法律制度上有所体现。接下来,在建立现代企业制度、完善企业内部治理模式、非物质要素参与剩余分配、建立合理工资机制等方面也会有深入革新。
With the emergence of the labor union,China's property rights system of labor has several major changes in the "investment in labor"and "participation cooperation surplus".It is reflected in the specific legal systems of "Labor Contract Law","Company Law"and"Partnership Enterprise Law".Next,there will be further innovation in the establishment of a modern enterprise system,the improvement of the internal governance model,the participation of non-material elements in the distribution in surplus,and the establishment of a reasonable wage mechanisms.
