我国科技中介服务机构在区域创新系统中的作用及其发展战略研究

科技中介服务机构作为"创新活动和科技成果产业化中的一支不可忽视的重要力量,是市场机制的重要载体",是区域创新体系中的重要结点,是联系科技与经济的中介。在市场化程度相对较高的国家,科技中介服务业是具有相当发展潜力的产业,对科技和经济的发展起着不可忽视的推动作用。因此,在我国经济转型的关键时期,对科技中介服务机构作用的正确审视以及对其发展策略的研究是十分必要的。本文从区域创新体系的角度阐述了我国科技中介服务机构的发展状况以及存在的问题,并在此基础上从宏观、中观和微观三个层面提出了发展科技中介服务机构的战略对策。

Nowadays,competition towards the countries in the world appears to be the scientific capacity.With the rapid development of regional economy and the request of our country contrasting innovative country,the role of scientific intermediary service institutions is more and more important.In countries with high marketization degree,the scientific intermediary service institutions play a noticeable role in pushing the development of science and economy.The essay here is trying to analyze the current development and the existing issues of the scientific intermediary service institutions in China from the aspect of RIS,and proposing the strategies of developing the scientific intermediary service from the macro,industry and micro level.
