对我国住房公积金监管机制的思考

Pondering on the Supervising System of Our Country's Housing Fund

当前,我国的住房公积金制度仍存在制度覆盖面不广、对低收入家庭的倾斜程度不够等等问题,尤其是在住房公积金管理中,管理部门内部控制弱化、外部监管不足、地方政府过度干预,风险防范问题长期以来没有引起足够的重视。本文通过对住房公积金管理过程中监管机制存在问题的研究,揭示住房公积金管理中因监管机制缺失产生的问题,提出分散、控制、化解住房公积金管理中监管问题的方法与对策。

In current time,our country＇s housing fund still has some problems in its system which does not cover extensively,in inclination which should be done to the low-paid families.Housing fund management in particular,the internal control in the administrative department is weakening,the lack of supervisions in external control,more intervention by local governments,and risk prevention is not taken seriously for a long time.This paper studies the existing problems in the managing process,revealing the problems caused by the shortage of management in the supervising system,and put forward some methods and strategies on dispersing,controlling,and defusing the housing fund.
