摘要
报道应用穿刺压迫面神经加药物封闭治疗面肌痉挛25例的临床疗效观察。结果表明,除5例只行一次治疗未随访外,余经两次以上治疗者皆获较满意疗效。文中就此疗法的作用机理、并发症的防治及注意事项进行了讨论,并强调熟练掌握穿刺技术是提高疗效的关键。
The clinical curative effect pierceing and oppressing facial nerve and to seal up it were observed In 25 patients with facical muscle spasticity. The result showed that 20 patients above twice treatment geted content curative effect. This paper discussed mechanism, complication and matter to be noted for the therapy.
