摘要
以沸石陶粒(或其他的人造轻骨料)掺入以天然沸石为载气体的多孔混凝土中,得到人造轻骨料多孔混凝土.这是一种新型混凝土.28d强度为12~14MPa,密度为900~1000kg/m3.这种混凝土具有多孔混凝土和多孔陶粒的双重微孔结构,在混凝土拌合初期,陶粒微管吸水饱和,混凝土硬化后,微管中水分被脱除而变成自真空,使陶粒与料浆粘结强度提高,而且由于陶粒的骨架作用,混凝土的收缩降低,裂纹减少。
If NZC (natural zeolite ceramsite) are used as aggregates in the cellular concrete with natural zeolite powder as an entraining agent, NZCCC (a new type of light weight concrete) is formed, its compressive strength at 28d is 1214 MPa, while its density is about 9001 000 kg/m3. It has a double capillary structure for both concrete and ceramsite. The ceramsite adsorbed water and its capillary is full of water during the mixing of concrete. But after the hardening of concrete, the capillaries in the ceramsite are self-vacuumized, due to dehydration. So that the adhesion between the ceramsite and cellular concrete increases. Due to the formed effect of zeolite ceramsite, the shrikage and cracks of concrete are decreased and performance increases.
