应用普通光镜观察尿沉渣红细胞形态鉴别血尿的来源 被引量:1

摘要 用普通光学显微镜对112例血尿病人进行了尿沉渣红细胞形态观察。其中肾小球源性血尿74例,经肾穿刺病理检查确诊,57例表现为变形红细胞血尿,14例表现为以变形红细胞为主的血尿,诊断符合率95.9%。非肾小球源性血尿37例,34例表现为均一红细胞血尿,1例表现为均一红细胞为主的血尿,诊断符合率94.6%。经四格表卡方检验两组差异具有高度显著性(P<0.001)。我们的观察表明这一方法简便、可靠:对于区分血尿来源有一定实用价值。 Urine samples from 112 patients referred for hematuria were examined by light microscope to determine the probable site of bleeding into the urinary tract. Dysmorphic erythrocytes or of mixed morphologic prttern with dysmorphic erythrocytes predominating were present in 71 of 74 partients with glomerular diserse by renal biopsy, Whereas 35 of 37 patients with non-glomerular disease had isomorphic erythrocytes in the urine. Both differences are highly significance (Using a Chi-square test. p<0.001) from our own data. It is considered that this method is simple and reliable. It has practical value for differentiating sources of hematuria.
