摘要
孤网运行作为电力系统极端情况下的运行工况,其研究具有特别重要的意义。从阐释孤网的结构与概念出发,综述了孤网运行特性及安全稳定控制研究现状,分析了孤网运行时的频率特点,较全面地介绍了一次调频、OPC、高频切机与低频减载对于孤网频率稳定的贡献,并结合中国能源战略与电力发展现状,对孤网安全稳定控制技术的发展进行展望。
It is of great significance to study the islanding operation, which is a working condition under the extreme case of power system. Based on the analysis of the islanded grid’s structure and the concept of islanded power grids,the state of the art of islanding operation and stability control at home and abroad are summarized in detail.The frequency characteristics of islanding operation and the contributions of primary frequency control,OPC,over frequency generator tripping and UFLS made to islanding operation are introduced.The trend of stability control technology for islanded power grids is also reviewed combining with the energy strategy and power development staus quo of China.
