大直径地下敷设管道高压水射流清洗工艺的研究

Study on the cleaning processing for underground buried pipelines with large diameter using high pressure water jet

介绍了直径为７２０ ｍ ｍ 、井口间距２００ ｍ 的地下敷设管道内壁用高压水射流清洗除垢，并将清下的锈垢吹扫到井口、提升到地面上来的新工艺．

A novel processing to clean and remove the dirty on internal wall of underground buried  720mm, wellhead distance 200m pipeline was introduced. The rust dirty fallen in pipeline can be blown to wellhead and elevated to ground surface by using high pressure water jet. The experiment shows that the novel processing is processed of certain significance for the pipelines cleaning under similar conditions.
