摘要
用自由基接枝共聚法研制了耐溶剂热稳定型抗冲击聚苯乙烯(IPS),并研究了环氧化聚丁二烯橡胶对IPS性能的影响。研究发现,适当提高环氧化聚丁二烯橡胶的用量,可使IPS的冲击性能达到高冲击级,而且这种IPS的耐溶剂和热稳定性能有显著提高。
The influence of epoxidised polybutadiene rubber on PS properties was investigated by free radical graft -polymerization. The toughness of IPS was maintained by raising the amount of epoxidised rubber. It was found that the solvent resistance and heat stability of IPS made by epoxidised rubber was highly improved.
