通过对常压闪蒸和真空闪蒸2个过程的分析,说明在聚丙烯生产中,采用真空闪蒸可以降低丙烯消耗,并对实现真空闪蒸需解决的问题提出建议。

This paper confirmed that the consumption of polypropylene could be saved with vacuum flash in the commercial production based on the analyses of normal pressure flash and vacuum flash process. Suggestion was presented for resolving the problems existed in practicing the vacuum flash.
