硬膜外阻滞范围对大鼠异丙酚镇静效应的影响 被引量：3

摘要 硬膜外麻醉时手术病人常常伴有不同程度的精神紧张、焦虑和恐惧感,可诱发强烈的应激反应,因此需要辅助适度的镇静.有研究表明,硬膜外阻滞可增强全麻药的镇静效应[1-2].而硬膜外阻滞范围是否影响全麻药的镇静效应有待进一步探讨.异丙酚是临床上常用的静脉麻醉药.本研究拟评价硬膜外阻滞范围对大鼠异丙酚镇静效应的影响,以评价硬膜外阻滞增强全麻药镇静效应是否与阻滞范围有关.
