摘要
在 Kelloge 型合成氨装置中,针对其短时停车后,由于一二段炉催化剂床层温降快,而高变床层温降慢,当再次开车系统升温时,造成高变床层温度先降后升,延长了开车时间,增加能耗,同时影响高变催化剂活性,设立了高变单独升温系统,实践证明,效果较好。
In the short period shutdowns of Kellogg ammonia plant,the bed temperature of the Primary and Secondary reformer decreases faster than that of HT shift converter bed When the system is heated up during startup, the temperature of the HT shift converter drops first then rises up, prolonging startup time,increasing energy consumption,and meanwhile affecting the activity of HT shift catalyst. A separate temperature system was installed in HT shift converter The result is proved good
