摘要 低温甲醇洗( Rectisol) 净化工艺与化学吸收或其它物理吸收方法相比具有无可比拟的优点,是一种有效的气体净化工艺。近年来,低温甲醇洗工艺在流程优化、节能降耗、降低投资、提高装置操作灵活性等方面不断改进。介绍了国内对低温甲醇洗工艺在基础研究、软件开发、技术和设备的国产化、装置的技术改造等方面取得的成绩。对今后的发展提出几点建议。 Rectisol,being an effective purification process,takes many advantages compared with chemical adsorption and other physical adsorption processes In the recent years,rectisol has made much more improvement on process optimization, energy saving,investment reduction and plant flexibility The paper describes the achievements of rectisol process in terms of basic research,software deve lopment, self development of technology and equipment as well as plant technical revamp, and finally presents some suggestions for the future development
