知识管理视野中的网络自主学习情境设计

The Design of Self-directed E-learning Environment from the Perspective of Knowledge Management

摘要 本文在引入中国知识管理领域的第一个国家标准《知识管理框架》的基础上,结合知识转化SECI模型,设计调查问卷,对在校大学生进行问卷调查。从知识管理的视角分析现有网络自主学习中有关知识获取、知识存储、知识分享、知识运用的情境创设情况,提出了网络自主学习情境设计的四点建议:加强包含隐性知识的学习资源的建设;加强学习伙伴的稳定性,促进相互间的交流;注重隐性知识的积累与存储;提供学习过程的评价与反馈。 This paper first analyzes China's first national standard on knowledge management-The Framework of Knowledge Management,and then discusses the results from a questionnaire survey of 300 college students at Lishui University.The questionnaire used was based on Ikujiro Nonaka's SECI model of knowledge conversion.An analysis was made of the status quo of knowledge acquisition,knowledge storage,knowledge sharing,and knowledge application in the self-directed e-learning environment from the perspective of knowledge management.Informed by the survey findings,four proposals are put forward to create a self-directed e-learning environment.These proposals are improving organization of and access to learning resources,establishing partnerships and enhancing communication in learning,highlighting the accumulation and storage of knowledge,and providing evaluation and feedback in the learning process.
