我国社区教育职能本位探讨

Discuss on the Function Standard of Community Educationin in China

社区教育对经济社会发展的重要性受到全世界的认同。我国的社区教育实验工作取得了一定的成绩,但同时也出现了全能化等问题,原因在于社区教育职能定位模糊。社区教育应该基于社区构建学习型社会,实现社区教育功能本位回归,要转变社区教育理念,办学权利回归于民,要利用社区各类资源,创新社区教育的内容和形式等。

The significance of community education for the economic and social development has been recognized in the world. The experiment of community education in China has obtained certain achievements, but there also are some deficiences such as all - roundization on account of the amphibolous definition for community education function. The community education should be devoted to build the learning - oriented society. To achieve the community education function, we must transform the notion ; and realize that the decision maker of community education is the public, the only way of perfecting community education is utilizing fully the resources of community, and making the innovation in content and form of community education and the like in the future.
