摘要
成人教育是一个生长着的有机体。基于成人教育动力机制模式的分析,认识到人与成人教育组织行为效用最大化是成人教育动力源,教育技术与管理保障是其发展的动力基础,人员保障是其动力活力,评价是其业绩的表现,通过改变其运行机制提高成人教育的效率,以期促进我国成人教育事业稳定、可持续的发展。
Based on power mechanism general pattern of aduh education, the article recognizes that human and organizational behavior effectiveness of adult education to maximize the power source of adult education, technical and management support is the driving force behind its foundation, personnel security is its dynamic activity, performance evaluation is its performance by changing its operating mechanism to improve the efficiency of adult education, and promote stability of adult education and sustainable development.
