摘要
根据科学发展观,就经济发展环境、社会发展环境、生态环境、人力资本环境、文化环境和人口素质评价准则,建立人的全面发展的空间评价模型,将人口素质置于中心,行使"一票否决"的权力,突出"以人为本"的思想,揭示了人的全面发展空间的支柱、"五"力作用及相互关系;利用熵权法对指标赋权求得各维度评价得分,并通过空间模型的体积计算评价我国"十五"期间的人的全面发展情况。
According to the scientific concept of development,from six criterion layers which include economic development environment,social development environment,eco-environment,human capital environment,culture environment and population quality,this paper constructs the spatial evaluating model of all-round development of human,reveals the spatial pillar and relationship of all-round development of human,gives the weight to each indicator with entropy method and evaluates the status of all-round development of human during the 10th Five-Year Plan.
