The content of the industrial upgrading has changed under the division of labor in global value chains.The developing countries can absorb more funds to meet their necessary,can obtain more opportunities to learn advanced foreign technology,can go into the emerging industries on an existing backward technology level,and can develop services such as software and use services to transform and upgrade the technological level of other industries under the division of labor in global value chains.Thereby,the division of labor makes their industries grow and upgrade by leaps and bounds.But at the same time,it may bring them some risks,for example,the specialization in the low-end,beach industries,industrial threats to security and so on.
