IMO涂层性能标准(PSPC)不但是对涂装的要求,更重要的是对船厂生产设计、生产流程管理、生产过程控制等诸多环节提出了细致、严格的规范要求。以大洋造船有限公司建造的首艘满足PSPC规范要求的CROWN58船为例,详细介绍了实施PSPC过程。从成立PSPC推进专项小组到技术准备、硬件投入、人员取证、建造细节控制等方面进行了摸索和实践,突破了诸多难关,终于交付了国内首艘具有PSPC证书的船舶。

The IMO coating performance standard(PSPC) is not only the request to coating,but also is detail and strict criterion request to shipyard production design,production flow administration,production process control etc many scopes.The paper introduced the PSPC implementation process in detail using the first CROWN58 ship as an example satisfying the PSPC standard established by Dayang shipbuilding Co.Ltd.It gropes and fulfils from establishing PSPC promoting project group to technique preparing,hardware devotion,personnel obtaining certificates,building details control etc,breaks through much difficulty,and delivers the first ship with PSPC certificate in domestic at last.
