永州市2001-2008年医疗机构消毒效果监测分析

Survey on Disinfection Effectiveness of Medical Institutions in Yongzhou from 2001 to 2008

目的了解永州市医疗机构消毒质量状况,找出其中薄弱环节,加以提高和改进,控制医院内感染的发生,保障人们的身体健康。方法 2001-2008年对辖区内市级医疗机构、县级医疗机构和市级企、事业单位内部医务室的室内空气、使用中消毒液、一次性医疗用品、物体表面、医务人员手样、压力蒸汽灭菌器进行了抽样监测。结果 2001-2008年共采样8 205份,合格样品7 602份,合格率为92.7%。2001-2008年合格率依次为87.5%、88.9%、90.6%、91.8%、95.0%、95.3%、96.0%、96.1%。2001-2004年总合格率为90.0%,2005-2008年总合格率为95.6%。市级医疗机构、县级医疗机构、市级企、事业单位内部医务室总合格率依次为95.0%、93.1%、86.4%,室内空气、使用中消毒液、一次性医疗用品、物体表面、医务人员手样、压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率依次为85.4%、96.4%、97.0%、90.0%、90.8%、98.4%。结论永州市医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果较好,呈现逐年上升趋势,医疗机构级别越高,消毒合格率越高。尤其是2002、2003年采取干预措施后,消毒质量有了显著提高,但市级企、事业单位内部医务室消毒意识还有待加强,空气消毒质量还有待提高。

Objective To investigate the current situation of disinfection in medical care units of Yongzhou,to find out the weak points and the improvement methods,and to control the nosocomial infection. Methods Many samples,including room air,thimerosal,medical disposables,object surface,medical professionals＇ fingers and sterilizer from municipal or county medical institutions,infirmary in various organizations,were assessed during the period of 2001～2008. Results Totally 8,205 samples were collected during the period of 2001～2008,and 7,602 samples were qualified,with the qualified rate of 92.7%.The passing rates from 2001 to 2008 were 87.5%,88.9%,90.6%,91.8%,95.0%,95.3%,96.0% and 96.1%,respectively.The total passing rate from 2001 to 2004 was 90.0%,while it was 95.6% from 2005 to 2008.The total passing rate of municipal medical institutions was the highest（95.0%）,while that of infirmaries in various organizations was lowest（86.4%）.The total passing rate of county medical institutions was 93.1%.The passing rates of different sources,including room air,medical disposables,object surface,medical professionals＇ fingers and sterilizer were 85.4%,96.4%,97.0%,90.0%,90.8% and 98.4%,respectively. Conclusions The effectiveness of disinfection of medical institutions in Yongzhou is favorable and the passing rate shows a gradually increasing tendency.The higher the level of medical institution,and the higher the passing rate of disinfection.The effectiveness of disinfection was improved significantly after the intervention conducted in 2002 and 2003.But the cleanness consciousness of medical professionals and disinfection of infirmaries in various organizations should be enhanced.
