高血压患者氧化应激与颈动脉内膜-中层厚度的相关性研究 被引量:1

Study on Correlation Between Oxidant Stress and Carotid Arterial Intimal Medial Thickness in Patients with Essential Hypertension

摘要 目的探讨高血压患者血浆氧化应激指标水平与颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(inti mal medial thickness,I MT)的相关性。方法选择符合入选标准的原发性高血压患者100名,颈动脉彩超检测颈总动脉内-中膜厚度,根据有无颈动脉I MT增厚分为两组,其中I MT正常组(EH1组)48名,I MT增厚组(EH2组)52名。同期选择健康体检志愿者32名作为正常对照组。测定血浆过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、过氧化氢(hydrogen peroxidase,H2O2)及丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)水平的变化。结果与对照组比较,高血压组患者血浆H2O2、MDA水平升高、CAT、GSH-Px水平下降(P<0.05);高血压患者颈动脉I MT增厚与血浆H2O2、MDA水平正相关,与CAT、GSH-Px负相关(P<0.05)。结论高血压颈动脉I MT增厚与氧化应激密切相关。 Objective To explore the change of carotid arterial intimal medial thickness(IMT) and oxidant stress in patients with essential hypertension(EH),and to evaluate the relationship between IMT and oxidant stress. Methods One hundred patients with EH were included in this study,and 32 healthy volunteers were served as control group.The carotid arterial IMT was measured by high resolution ultrasound technique,and the serum catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),hydrogen peroxidase(H2O2),malonaldehyde(MDA) levels were measured. Results Compared with control group,the IMT in patients with EH was significantly increased.The plasma levels of H2O2 and MDA increased,while the CAT and GSH-PX levels decreased in patients with EH.The carotid arterial IMT was positively correlated with the plasma levels of H2O2 and MDA in EH patients,but negatively correlated with the CAT and GSH-PX levels. Conclusions The thickening of carotid artery IMT is closely related to oxidative stress in patients with EH.
