Health Education Models of Diabetes and the Effectiveness Evaluation

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病健康教育模式及评价的效果。方法选择我科2009年6月-2010年6月住院治疗的糖尿病患者169例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组85例,对照组84例,对照组实行常规护理,传统健康教育模式,观察组在常规护理基础上给予个体化健康教育模式,对两组患者护理干预前后的生理和心理指标进行对比分析。结果两组糖尿病患者护理干预后糖尿病相关知信行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,观察组患者负性情绪得到明显改善,生活质量明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施个体化健康教育模式,可以明显改善患者的负性情绪状态,促进疾病的痊愈,明显提高患者的生活质量,是临床护理工作中理想方法。 Objective To explore the health education models of diabetes and to evaluate the effectiveness. Methods Totally 169 diabetic patients hospitalized in the People's Hospital of Meixian from June,2009 to June,2010 were selected to randomly divide into observation group(n=85) and control group(n=84).The patients in control group were received conventional nursing and health education with traditional model,while the patients in observation group were given conventional nursing combined with health education with individualized model.Before and after the intervention,physiological and psychological indicators of the patients of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the intervention,there were statistically significant differences in diabetes-related KAP between the patients of the two groups(P0.05).Compared with control group,negative mood and quality of life of the patients in observation group were improved significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusions The implementation of diabetes health education of individualized model can significantly improve the patient's negative mood,promote the healing of the disease,and significantly improve the patient's quality of life.It is the ideal nursing method in clinical practice.
