摘要
采用X 射线衍射、电子探针、热重分析及化学分析等方法研究了独居石精矿的C 还原行为,考察了REPO4 的分解过程。结果表明, 在一定温度下, 独居石精矿中的REPO4 能被C分解为稀土氧化物,P以单质形式被还原挥发出去, 其中CePO4 的分解过程与LaPO4 ,NdPO4 等的分解过程不同步。
The carbon reduced behavior of monazite was studied by XRD, electron probe, TG and chemical analysis. The decomposition process of rare earth phosphates was emphatically investigated. The experimental results show that rare earth phosphates in monazite concentrate can be decomposed into rare earth oxides and phosphorus in the form of simple substance. The decomposition process of cerium phosphate is not synchronistic with that of lanthanum phosphate, neodymium phosphate and so on.
