摘要
为查明血小板聚集活性在动脉粥样硬化发生中的作用,在造成动粥模型前测定血小板对ADP的聚集性,分为高敏感性血小板组和低敏感性血小板组。结果表明,高敏感组的动粥斑块病变比低敏感组明显加重(P<0.05)。但是,两组脂质和脂蛋白变化,除胆固醇有明显差异外,其它各项指标比较均无差异(P<0.05)。
We have determined the aggregative activity of the platelets to ADP before to from atherosclerotic models for to investigate the role of the aggregative activity of the platelets in the development of atherosclerosis in present paper. These rabbits were divided into the high sensitive platelet's group and the low sensitive platelet's group. This results indicate that atherosclerotic lesions of the high sensitive platelet's group are worse than the low sensitive platelet's group (P<0.05). But the changes of the lipids and the lipoproteins, in addition to the levels of TC to show significant reduction (P<0.05). were not significantly showed in other parameters (P>0.05).
