摘要
以硫酸亚铁为原料，氢氧化钠为沉淀剂，加入分散剂和表面活性剂、采用阳离子调节剂和晶粒控制剂复配的复合剂，采用空气氧化法制得性能优良的透明氧化铁黄颜料。探讨反应物浓度、沉淀剂用量、反应温度、通气量、搅拌转速、添加剂等对产品性能的影响。
The transparent iron oxide yellow pigment is prepared by air oxidation method.In the process,the ferrous sulfate is as raw material,NaOH is as precipitate and surfactant,dispersant and crystalline controlling agent are as additives.The effecting of reaction concentration,temperature,ratio of alkaline,stirring speed,air flow and additives on the product performance are discussed.
