催化法生产硫酸钾与氮钾复合肥

摘要 本工艺将氯化钾与硫酸铵预先分别制成高温饱和溶液,然后在加入催化剂条件下进行混合反应,制得质量较好的硫酸钾,副产品为氮钾复合肥。和国内现工艺相比较,工艺设备更简单,操作更方便,生产周期缩短一半以上,钾收率提高15%以上。 Potassium chloride and sulfuric acid firstly would be separately manufactured into high temperature and saturation solution then catalyst would be added to carry out mixing reaction,gaining better potassium sulfate and N. P compound fertilizer as a by-product. In comparison with the present technology domestically, it is easier in equipment and more convenient in operation. Its production period would be reduced by over 50%, and the rate of potassium recovery would be increased by over 15%.
