摘要
以2 - 氯- 4 - 硝基苯胺为原料,先经过重氮化、偶合反应合成出对硝基偶氮苯,经还原后再进行重氮化与偶合反应制备出最终产品分散黄104 。研究了反应条件的影响,在优化条件下,总收率85 .7 % 。
Disperse 104 was synthesized by a process starting from diazotization of 2-chrolo-4-nitroaniline,followed by coupling,reduction;and then re-diazotization and re-coupling.The factors which influence the reactions were studied on the optimum conditions,the overall yield is 85.7%.
