HBsAg阴性者乙肝感染指标的检测结果分析

ANALYSIS OF RESULTS OF THE FIVE INDICATRIXS OF THE HEPATITIS BVIRUS INFECTIVE PATIENTS WITH NEGATIVE HBsAg

本文检测了400例HBsAg阴性者血清中的抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗-HBe和抗-HBc,结果测出有上述各种HBV感染指标阳性者297例,HBV感染指标阴性者103例。作者指出要确定是否为HBV感染,能否注射乙肝疫苗,乙肝指标的检测有重要意义。

Anti-HBs, Anti-HBeAg, Anti-HBe and Anti-HBC were assayed in serum of 400 patients with negative HBsAg. All indicatrixs of HBV infection was positive in 297 cases, negative in 103 cases. We considered that the meaeunemeit of the indicatrixs of HBV infection play an important role in determening whether HBV infection or injection of the hepatitis B vaccine.
