Based on the analysis of connotation and status of document supply, purposely according to the actual status of medical colleges in remote areas, the college characteristics, development direction, collection idea and personnel allocation, the paper defines the importance and channels of document supply service, including strengthening the consciousness of document supply, actively explo- ring and utilizing network resources, etc.
