摘要 突厥酮是一种名贵香料,成功合成突厥酮的关键在于合成工艺路线的选择,通过研究找到了一条反应条件温和、反应周期短,易于工业化的合成工艺路线。特别是工艺中第一步环柠檬醛的催化加成,突破了格氏反应的缺点,使反应易于操作,原料不需特殊处理,产品含量> 90% ,收率可达85% 以上。 Damascone is one of rare aromatics.The key to synthesize it successfully is how to select the process route of synthesis.A process route of synthesis was found in which reaction condition was mild and reaction cycle was short and,it was amiable to be industrialized.Disadvantage of Grignard reaction was overcame especially in the catalytic addiion of ring citral,which was the first step of process.With proposed process,the reaction was easy to be operated.Raw material didn't meed to be treated specially.The product content was over90% and recovery was over85%.
