人体P5C/Proline氧化还原异常的研究进展

摘要 酶依赖性5吡-咯林羧酸(P5C)脯/氨酸(proline)氧化还原循环广泛存在于生物体中,调控细胞蛋白质合成、能量代谢及凋亡等生理、病理过程,该循环异常与许多人体疾病有关。现就P5C/proline氧化还原循环、5吡-咯林羧酸还原酶、脯氨酸脱氢酶等基本概念予以叙述,并探讨P5C/proline氧化还原循环在基因、蛋白质水平异常与人体疾病(肿瘤、遗传性疾病、高脯氨酸血症等)的关系,为疾病的诊断与治疗提供新的视角和依据。 The enzyme-dependent redox cycle of(pyrroline-5-carboxylate) P5C/proline exsits widely in vivo.The cycle between P5C and proline is involved in the regulation of amino acid synthesis,energy metabolism,and apoptosis.The abnormality in P5C/proline cycle is associated with many diseases.This article introduces the concept of redox cycle of P5C/proline,P5C reductase,and proline dehydrogenase,discusses the role of abnormal P5C/proline redox cycle in human diseases,such as tumors,genetic diseases,and hyperprolinemia,in aiming to produce a new perspective for the treatment for human diseases.
