RNA干扰分子机制的研究进展及其在黑素瘤中的应用

摘要 RNA干扰是一种由外源性或内源性双链RNA分子阻断或者降低同源基因表达的现象,是目前生物分子学研究的热点之一。近年来RNA干扰分子机制的研究从转录后水平逐渐深入到转录水平、翻译水平,取得了飞速的发展。由于RNA干扰作用的靶向性,为肿瘤的治疗带来了新的希望,现从RNA干扰的分子学机制及其在黑素瘤中的研究予以简要综述。 RNA interference,one of molecular biology research hotspots,is a natural pathway through which the endogenous or exogenous double-strand RNA selectively suppresses or down-regulate the homologous gene.Recently,the research on molecular mechanisms of RNA interference has been in rapid development,from post-transcriptional level to transcriptional and translational levels.The specificity of RNA interference brings a new hope for cancer treatment.This article reviews the molecular mechanisms of RNA interference and its use in melanoma.
