良性前列腺增生(BPH)是老年男性的常见病,发病率高,对生活质量影响严重,外科手术仍是治疗BPH的最有效手段。前列腺增生症的腔内治疗因其组织损伤小,疗效确切,并发症少,在临床应用日益广泛。随着人们对微创技术的不断追求及现代科技的进步,经尿道前列腺电切术为基础的前列腺腔内治疗技术得到了不断的发展和完善,其安全性和远期效果有了明显提高。特别是激光技术在BPH的治疗方面具有明显的优势及较广泛的临床应用前景。

Benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） is a common disease in elder males with a high incidence,severly affecting the life quality,where surgery is still the most effective treatment.Wider clinical application of endo-surgery treatment for hyperplasia of prostate disease,due to its small tissue damage,definite effect and less complications,is seen.Along with the pursuit for minimal invasive technique and modern science and technology progress,endo-prostate treatment based on transurethral electro-resection of prostate is in continuous development and improvement,with security and long-term effect obviously improved.Especially that the laser technology as the treatment of BPH has obvious advantages and wider clinical application prospect.
