摘要
糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病最为常见而严重的慢性并发症之一,也是导致终末期肾病的主要原因之一,其早期病理改变主要是肾脏肥大、肾小球毛细血管基底膜增厚、胞外基质进行性积聚。DN的发病机制现在仍然不清楚,但多篇文献显示细胞因子与肾脏细胞肥大有密切关系,并参与了DN的发生与发展。现就细胞因子在DN肾脏肥大病理过程中所发挥的作用予以综述,为DN的诊治提供一条新思路。
Diabetic nephropathy（DN） is one of the most common and severe chronic complications of diabetes and one of the main reasons leading to end-stage renal disease（ESRD）.Early pathological changes of DN are mainly renal hypertrophy,glomerular capillary basement membrane thickening,progressive accumulation of extracellular matrix.The pathogenesis of DN is still unclear,while many papers show that cytokines are closely related to renal cell hypertrophy and involved in the occurrence and development of DN.This review will discuss about the function of cytokines in renal hypertrophy of diabetic nephropathy with the aim of finding a new idea to diagnose and treat DN.
