复方败酱注射液,经扭体法、热板法、足跖肿胀法、蓝斑法证明,有镇痛消炎作用,且对心、肝、肾无病理性损害。
Comptex patrinia scabisaefolia injection (CPSI) contains 7 kinds of tranditional medicine: Patrinia scabiosaefolia fisch, Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and Coix lachrymajabi L. etc. The present paper describes the effects of CPSI on anargesia by means of torsion method and Woolfe-Macdonald method in mice, on antinflamation by edema of foot metatarsus method in rat and by blue-flek method in rabbit. The sedation effect of CPSI on CNS in mice was observed in the way of Jaggle-cage method.Investigation of Chronic toxiology proves that CPSI doesn't have toxic lesion for heart, hepar and kidney in rat.
