摘要
目的:研究技术进步对我国医药制造业经济增长的贡献。方法:选取1995-2008年的相关统计数据,采用C-D生产函数计算资本、劳动对产出的弹性,然后采用索洛增长速度方程测算出技术进步对医药制造业增长的贡献及贡献率。结果与结论:1996-2008年间推动医药制造业经济增长的主要动力是技术进步,贡献率为55.75%,其次是资本和劳动的投入,分别是35.16%、9.09%。相比国外医药制造业(大于90%)而言,我国医药制造业的产品技术含量较低。建议有效实施技术进步战略,实现医药经济的持续发展。
OBJECTIVE:To study the contribution of technical progress to economic growth of pharmaceutical industry in China. METHODS:C-D production function was used to calculate the flexibility of capital and labor to output and Soloweconomic growth rate equation was used to calculate the contribution and rate of technical progress to economic growth of pharmaceutical industry,according to relevant data of 1995-2008. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS:The economic growth of pharmaceutical industry is mainly improved by technological progress during 1996-2008 with contribution rate of 55.75%. The secondary reason is capital investment and labor input,accounting for 35.16% and 9.09%. Research shows that national pharmaceutical products have low technical content,compared with foreign pharmaceutical industry(90%) . We should implement technological development strategy effectively to achieve medical economic development.
